Upper Room

The early Christian church was launched when the first group of Jesus' disciples gathered together to pray in an upper room in Jerusalem.  Recognizing the power of prayer, the central focus of the ACTS Church during the week is our Upper Room.  This is a prayer community that meets in the top floor of the Curtin Business School, Building 407, Room 413 in the middle of week at 12pm on Wednesdays.

We gather in the Upper Room to:

  • Sing praise to God
  • Pray for the Curtin University
  • Pray for individual needs
  • Organise prayer walks around the Bentley Campus
  • Plan practical ways to serve Curtin
